Applicable fees and deposits will apply. We do not allow dogs of an aggressive breed. The following breeds are restricted: Akita; American Staffordshire Terrier; Bull Terrier; Chow; Doberman; German Shepherd; Pitt Bull; Presa Canario; Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Exotic/farm animals are not allowed in the apartment. Households found in possession of unregistered or restricted breed pets will incur penalties up. Visiting pets are not allowed and are subject to penalties.
